Preparation of the parcel
When you file a complaint about a product, you need to pack it into its original packaging to protect it against any possible damages during transport. Otherwise, the Client takes the risk of the equipment being damaged during transport.
All accessories, originally received with the product, and the following documents need to be packed together with the product:
- warranty card,
- copy of the proof of purchase,
- exact description of the problem,
- complete contact details (name, surname, address, phone number)
Remember,
- Remove the SIM card, the memory card and all protective elements (protective foils, cases)
- Copy all your data because it may be deleted during repair.
