Submitting a complaint

In case of equipment with purchase price lower than 800 PLN.

  • Please register your warranty coYou can also call our Customer Service Department – phone  (22) 332 34 63.  After you receive your RMA number you will need to send, at your own expense, the equipment under warranty to one of our Authorised Manta Service Points (list available in the Service Points Base tab). The RMA number you receive will allow you to track the current repair status.
  • If you bring your product in person to the place where you had bought it, your complaint application will be accepted, and the equipment will be sent to our service point for free.

In case of Manta equipment where the purchase price was higher than 800 PLN, repairs are handled through DoorToDoor service. The equipment is picked up directly from the client and delivered to a service point.

  • When you file a complaint about a product, you need to pack the product into its original packaging together with accessories and documents (copy of the proof of purchase, warranty card, description of the problem, full contact details).

In case of large household appliances (fridges, gas cookers) repairs are carried out directly at the client’s house.
