Store terms and conditions
I. Definitions
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall mean:
1.1. Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality to which specific regulations grant legal capacity, placing an order within the manta.com.pl online store;
1.2. Civil Code – the Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended);
1.3. Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions for the provision of electronic services within the manta.com.pl online store;
1.4. Online Store (Store) – the website available at http://www.manta.com.pl/, through which the Customer may, in particular, place orders;
1.5. Goods – products presented in the online store;
1.6. Sales Agreement – a sales agreement for goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between Manta S.A. and the Customer via the Store’s website;
1.7. Consumer Rights Act – the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827);
1.8. Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means – the Act of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended);
1.9. Order – a declaration of will by the Customer directly aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of Goods.
II. General Provisions
2.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at https://www.manta.com.pl/;
2.2. These Terms and Conditions constitute regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means;
2.3. The online store operating at https://www.manta.com.pl/ is run by Manta S.A., headquartered in Warsaw, 03-888, ul. Bardowskiego 10, NIP: 5242442106, REGON: 017519803, KRS: 0000447569, Tel. +48 690 480 085, e-mail: sklep@manta.com.pl;
2.4. These Terms and Conditions specify in particular:
a) rules for registration and use of an account in the online store;
b) conditions and rules for electronic reservation of products available in the online store;
c) conditions and rules for placing orders electronically;
d) rules for concluding sales agreements using services provided within the online store;
2.5. Use of the online store is possible provided that the Customer’s ICT system meets the following minimum technical requirements:
a) Internet Explorer version 9 or newer, or
b) Firefox version 21 or newer, or
c) Chrome version 29 or newer, or
d) Opera version 12 or newer, or
e) Safari version 4 or newer, or
f) minimum screen resolution of 300 x 700 pixels;
2.6. To use the online store, the Customer should independently obtain access to a computer workstation or end device with Internet access;
2.7. Customers may access these Terms and Conditions at any time via a link on the homepage http://www.manta.com.pl/, and may download and print them;
2.8. Information about Goods on the Store’s website, in particular descriptions, technical and functional parameters, and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
III. Rules for Using the Online Store
3.1. Registration is required to start using the online store;
3.2. Registration is completed by filling in and accepting the registration form available on the Store’s website;
3.3. Registration requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and providing personal data marked as mandatory;
3.4. Manta S.A. may deprive the Customer of the right to use the online store or limit access to part or all of its resources with immediate effect in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions, including when the Customer:
a) provides false, inaccurate, outdated, misleading data or data violating third-party rights;
b) infringes personal rights of third parties via the Store;
c) engages in behavior inconsistent with law, good practices, or general Internet usage rules;
3.5. A person deprived of the right to use the Store may not re-register without prior consent of Manta S.A.;
3.6. The Store applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data transmission security;
3.7. The Customer is obliged in particular to:
a) not provide unlawful content;
b) use the Store in a way that does not disrupt its operation;
c) not send unsolicited commercial information (spam);
d) use content only for personal use;
e) comply with Polish law, these Terms, and Internet usage rules.
IV. Procedure for Concluding a Sales Agreement
4.1. To conclude a Sales Agreement, go to https://www.manta.com.pl/, select Goods, and follow on-screen instructions;
4.2. Goods are selected by adding them to the cart;
4.3. Until clicking “Order,” the Customer may modify data and selections;
4.4. For business purchases, the Customer should select “I am buying as a company” and “I want a VAT invoice”;
4.5. After entering all data, an order summary is displayed including:
a) subject of the order,
b) prices including delivery and additional costs,
c) payment method,
d) delivery method,
e) delivery time;
4.6. To place the order, the Customer must accept the Terms, provide required data, and click “Order with obligation to pay”;
4.7. Sending the order constitutes a declaration of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement with Manta S.A.;
4.8. The Customer receives an email confirming the order;
4.9. The agreement is concluded upon receipt of the confirmation email;
4.10. VAT invoices are issued if a tax ID is provided;
4.11. The invoice is sent electronically in PDF format;
4.12. Delivery address may differ from invoice address;
4.13. The Sales Agreement is concluded in Polish.
V. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is limited to Poland and made to the address provided;
5.2. Delivery is carried out by courier; costs depend on order value, payment, and shipping method;
5.3. Delivery time: 1–5 business days;
5.4. Payment must be made within 5 business days; otherwise the order is canceled;
5.5. Confirmation documents are sent by email.
VI. Shipment Inspection
The Customer must:
6.1. Check packaging condition;
6.2. Open and inspect contents with the courier (Art. 545 §2 Civil Code);
6.3. Check for mechanical damage;
6.4. In case of damage:
a) note it on the waybill,
b) prepare a damage report,
c) contact the claims department.
VII. Prices and Payment Methods
7.1. Prices are in PLN and include VAT and all charges;
7.2. Payment options:
a) TPay system,
b) cash on delivery.
VIII. Right of Withdrawal
8.1. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without reason;
8.2. Withdrawal requires a statement;
8.3. A withdrawal form is available;
8.4–8.10. (Summary) – refunds include payments except additional delivery costs; returns at Customer’s cost; product must be returned within 14 days; liability for diminished value; exceptions apply (e.g., personalized goods, hygiene products, used items).

IX. Returns of Food-Contact Products
Products must be unused, clean, odor-free, and in original packaging with accessories.
X. Returns of Climate Devices
Devices (e.g., humidifiers, air conditioners) can be returned only if unused and in original condition.
XI. Complaints Regarding Goods
11.1–11.5. (Summary) – Manta S.A. is liable under warranty; complaints processed within 14 days; warranty claims may be handled via authorized service centers; out-of-court dispute resolution available.
XII. Complaints About Electronic Services
12.1–12.5. Manta S.A. ensures proper Store operation and resolves issues within 14 days; complaints should include details and be sent to the company address.
XIII. Reviews
13.1–13.7. Customers may submit reviews; only verified buyers may review; reviews are published; misuse is prohibited.
XIV. Final Provisions
14.1. Disputes are settled by competent courts under Polish law;
14.2. Matters not covered are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code and relevant acts.
